Cookies and browser storage

Scope

This policy describes the public marketing website. The signed-in HR application has separate authentication and operational storage requirements.

Essential storage

• worknize:consent:v2 uses local storage to remember your category choices, policy version and decision timestamp. It contains no name, email, browsing history or cookie contents and is not sent to a server.
• Consent lasts 180 days. A material change to purposes or vendors also requires a new choice. Older consent entries are removed when you save your new preference. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies in memory to the current page only.

Optional categories

• Preferences: optional experience settings. No tools currently enabled.
• Analytics: optional usage measurement. No tools currently enabled.
• Marketing: optional advertising or remarketing. No tools currently enabled.

How your choice works

Optional categories default to off. Accept All permits all current categories; Reject Non-Essential leaves only essential storage enabled. Customize lets you select individual categories. Continuing to browse is not consent. No optional vendor is loaded by this public website build. Adding a new vendor requires an updated policy and a new consent decision. Choosing cookies does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Withdrawing consent

Open Cookie settings in the footer, switch off optional categories and save. Approved optional integrations must stop future activity and remove their own removable browser data when permission is withdrawn. There are currently no optional vendor cookies to remove. Essential storage and signed-in product sessions are not deleted by this control.

Managing storage

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to review your preference. You can also clear site data using your browser settings; doing so resets this preference.
